About this blog!
I don't think it’s healthy for people to believe that counsellors and psychologists are perfect. We are people too! To show you that you are not alone in your procrastination, botched diets, lost tempers, problematic behaviours, relationship issues, bad habits, emotional meltdowns and wardrobe tantrums (deep breath) . . . I'll be looking at myself through a pretty candid lens throughout this blog. I'll be working on changing myself for the better and, hopefully, you'll join me for the ride! Not only will you learn the most effective therapeutic techniques but also that although we professionals don't always have our S*** together, it's what we do when it hits the fan that counts!
